My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The room was a nice birthday gift, with a convenient rolled-open feature when in use. Although it wasn't ready at 7 am as expected, the room was comfortable enough. However, the breakfast buffet wasn't up to par. The location was great for freeway access and the Cubs stadium, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff, especially when I realized I booked through Booking. Dining was a bit disorganized, and the noise from the road and guests was distracting. The facilities were decent, offering various services like room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. However, the price could have been better for what was provided.

The facilities were great as well, meeting all my needs during my stay.
